este carro si no me equivoco fue el segundo diseño de renault en llevar traccion delantera, venia con motor longitudinal (no transversal) pero con la caja en el frente y el motor pegado a la cabina (como los r4 y r5)

Damn!... I really miss my R16TX! I have owned several variant of R16, last one I've got is the unreliable R20! Dispose all of my Renault all I got left is the pair of headrest and the service and parts manual! lol!oh! forgot to tell u all am here in The Philippines!

i read somewhere just recently that the TX was never sold in Australia. Sadly the OZ climate has meant alot of them were eaten by rust too.

renault 16 is a great car! i had fun driving that car when i was very young! i still have a R 11!
