  • you are a smart man

  • Very well done. I personally was not offended by Imus's comment, not being black or a woman, but the way you presented yourself in this video and your theory of self evaluation were dead on, intelligent and for the most part. Much better than just saying the guy is a racist

  • Don Imus blah blah blah while he and Al live it up. You're ignorant about classism. How many times have you met with Al? How many times has Imus? Go from there. Someone is laughing all the way to the bank and living first class. Hmmmm is it Al, or....Jesse, yeah Jesse.... no no no Imus. Ignorant people fooled by Al.

  • I have spoken with him twice and had dinner with him in Miami actually. With respect to Rev. Jackson I have not had the pleasure. Just an FYI. Sorry took so long to get back to you on this.

  • OK so he goes back in time and changes what did. He's talking about the basketball players and .............. dead air because he has nothing nice to say. Or he bs's for 20 seconds about how talented and stunningly beautiful those women are. It's a radio Show. It's supposed to entertain. I didn't find it entertaining and didn't listen.

  • We don't have a TOTAL Freedom of Speech in this country. The government can't censor us, but the private sector WILL, as part of a code of conduct that we humans all must follow to the best of our abilities. If Don Imus got fired, it's his fault. Don't say "hey! The rappers say the N-word all the time, call women ho's all the time. why can't i?" Don't jump on their bandwagon. Worry about YOUR actions! As long as you are doing right, nobody can hurt you!

  • ok , Chris Rock is "Dead ass wrong" for saying Cracka, Cracker, and anything else about white ppl.. i dont care he is funny he can say it.. but plz dont do this^^^^^^^^^^^^ when somone white mentions a Black persons race or says a "Racist pssht" name

  • Very well thought out and 100% on the mark. Everyone is all bugged out over a and a comment that most would have never even heard. We hear worse than that on nearly every station we tune in now a days. Imus, was wrong in what he said but we all make that mistake throughout our lives because of things we heard and saw growing up. Shouldn't be condoned but shouldn't be condemed for it either. Look at all the good he has done with charity orginazations. They help everyone without discrimination.

  • I have gotten a bunch of comments. A "punk" continues to email hate speak and I have gotten a few "n-word" this and "f-you" that but their lack of intelligence should not and will not change how I feel. The issue is not about race. Its about comments and accountability. If you say something be accountable for it plane and simple. For the Hatemonger(s) thanks for the continued support. Keep watching.

  • I think you make a very good point about everyone looking at their own private speech. What Imus said was stupid and wrong. But, I also don't think its right for Rap Artists to say MUCH WORSE things about women and blacks and to have the youth of America buying such hate filled albums either.

  • Waz up, man I hear ya. Imus was wrong in what he said, but he has that freedom to say what he wants. In retrospect our music is worst on women than Imus could even think of. We need to look to ourselves before we point our fingers. I agree with you 100% if you dont like what he is saying than dont watch. That goes with anyone who says racist things on TV (Talking to you Gibson) Its not agaisnt the law to be a racist, but if we band together we can hurt them in the pocket book. Peace
