You have nothing to make excuses for; you sing very, very well. I'm guessing you sing professionally. But You're trying to measure yourself against one of the best voices of all time. Don't put yourself down because of that. Example: Your voice compares favorably to the SNSD girls other than maybe Taeyeon. Now, aim for Narsha and Jea. You're close; a little more polish, pro recording, maybe you're there. Do more covers of songs you can come close to duplicating the originals.

Having been a musician who has worked with some very good talent I can say that was excellent. You show very little accent and your intonation is great. Very Karen Carpenter like which I personally love.
