i think the only reason it is shaky at all is because you might have boosted the video stabilizer in imovie... that or the iphone 4S video stabilizer that is built in is just not exceptionally good... still it was an entertaining video :)

@whirlaway I just got my phone, I'll have to check it out. I agree that this video seems to have some stability issues. Definitely higher resolution than the iPhone 4. Either his phone is f*cked up or the firmware may have some bugs in it. No surprise. When Apple gets their usual tons of feedback, they will slowly get the bugs fixed.

I have the 4 and the 720p video looks better than this due to that stabilizing. The colors were also all over the place. Lot's of color shifting from green to yellowish green. Very disappointed.

You should switch off the image stabilization unless you are drunk or something. I'd rather have a slight shake than a wobble.

Fascinating - the After Effects stabilization does this same thing sometimes. It depends on the type of footage. I hope you can turn this stabilization off.

@ChewyWaffles I agree. The 4S is supposed to be using the internal gyroscope for image stabilization, which I thought was going to work well, but it doesn't look good. I REALLY hope they can fix that problem with an iOS update for how the camera utilizes the gyroscope, or at least an option to turn it off, I guess.
