Skype should seriously focus more on updating products properly, in all areas... They have something great on their hands, and I'm very thankful for it, but they seriously need to do better updates in some areas, for example their mobile app. The Skype application hasn't been updated in ages, many use it, but they could integrate so much, things that all customers have asked for, and they never add it.

They need to fix Skype 5 for the computer... it has some really annoying details to it...

I am British and own/run a factory in China. All my guys use 2 systems. They use Skype to communicate with International customers; and they use QQ imqq.com to communicate with Chinese customers and suppliers. My British daughter now uses English Version QQ to chat with her Chinese mates. Nowadays no one has just MS Internet Explorer on their computer, they have Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc. So, it is logical to not just have Skype. I LOVE Skype. Thank you SKYPE. But QQ too???

People should just use Windows Live Messenger 2011 to tie them over. They now have a video call option that is free. That's what we did. It's definitely not as good as skype, but it's something.
