Yes! It was called "Last of the Red-Hot Dragons".  It was also a TV Special from 1980. I have never seen it and would love to. Mabey some one will see this and upload it!

oh my gosh I thoguht I was crazy.... thank you so much for validating my sanity for posting this, but I think there is more to it than what is shown here in pts 1 2 and 3..... if only I could see the movie in its entirety. Correct me if Im wrong but weren't there baby crocs or dragons or something, and there is a fire on the arc.

Shamus and John Culhane. This was only aired on TV and has never been released on VHS or DVD. I have looked. What I have was just taped off of TV and its not the best quality. lol
