 FREE: How to change every icon on Leopard, Snow Leopard, & Lion mac part 2 (HD)

do you know how to change the apple logo in the menu bar? its irritating how hard its been to find any info regarding that.

@fruitflyproductions yes. you need to use a program called theme park. be careful though, becuase that program messes with a bunch of system files that make up your computer's looks. search how to use theme park on youtube and I'm sure a video will come up on it.

Hey. Does anyone know how to make that the Icon of Machintosh HD shows you the available space?

@josevanderceliss right click the Macintosh HD file and go to show view options, then make sure the box for "show item info" is checked.

@vincenttilman87 this method works for every file, app, or anything is the entire computer... on the right hand side of the dock, i use dock drawers... you can look those up on youtube for more info on how to get those.

@Pisa97 click this: 3:55 . and if you wanted to know how to actually change the default one, you can do that in the application called Liteicon (link in the description). you can change the default icon the same way i changed the folder icons (in the liteicon app.

@Pisa97 To copy the icon, you press "COMMAND" and "C".... just in case you didnt know what i was doing to the icons...

And here is a BIT of advice... WATCH THE VIDEO before asking questions that the video already answers.... (-_-)

@Pisa97 download a application called ThemePark... you can customize basically anything you want in that app... just be careful with your system files... you don't want to lose anything... so backup before using it.

i accidentally deleted "front row" cuz i thought i had a copy but they both got deleted and erased how do i get it back???

@Jamieesler93 so what you are saying is that you typed your password in order to delete Front Row from the applications folder??? or did you just take it out of the dock...?

& i didnt need as many so i put one in the trash & then deleted it from the trash & witch somehow deleted all my copies...

@rkdancer1 go to your applications folder in Macintosh HD. it should be in there. you can drag the app to the dock. there you go.

Great vid. Do you know if you can change back to the original icon? Like on safari?

after highlighting the icon like you did when changing it, press ("CMD"+"X")(which means cut) on the highlighted and changed icon... that will restore the original icon.
