This was an excellent story about their relationship, you saw Steve struggle wanting so much to have Jack as a brother and resolving what he did to his Kayla. Excellent writing and a beautiful story ....something that seems to be gone from soapland today.

The interaction between Kayla and Jack when she hands him Stephanie was simply beautiful. So much about her forgiving him for everything he had done to her and his not quite believing that she would was conveyed silently. Kayla is an absolute saint and Jack is one of the luckiest bastards to ever have lived and he knows it. I'd forgotten how good the actress who played Jo was. I loved it when she called Stephanie sweetness. It's little touches like that which made Days so wonderful.
