Has anyone who thinks this guy can sing hear him sing without music in the background. He does covers & at best he can do a HOTEL CIRCUT. NO Haley does not need to win. She is arrogant and at times sarcastic. she always acts like the judges are stupid the way she rolls her eyes. she needs to be knocked off her pedestal. i would smack that smirk right off her face . She can sing but not as good as the other three.

James will be fine in the long run. He'll be like Chris Daughtry, who also finished 4th. Haley needs to win because she doesn't kiss ass, she's honest and free enough to thrive in the music industry, and she combines aspects of pop into jazz and rock, which will get kids to start listening to that type of music. I think she can serve as a very important bridge between those types of music, so pop and rap don't dominate the charts any more. The music industry needs more characters like Haley.
