Politicaly correct America will let this happen: an American citizen, born in Iran, will pick up his nuke in Iran, travel to Mexico, come across the open border with the nuke, get in a car with his commrades but have no problems because he'll have a US drivers license, drive to the middle of Washington DC and then boom!
