Hit Start , Control pannel , tools , folder options , and under General check off the show common task folders .

keep these checked , use common tasks in folders , and use visual styles on windows and buttons . and it will stil look like XP if you go and click on your back round open it up with right clicking, properties, themes, theme and press xp .
