the bass distortion might just be because of the speakers/headphones it's played on. try playing it in your car on a decent system and it may clear up. a friend of mine produces some tracks and has me preview them. I noticed that on one of the tracks he made that the bass sounded ridiculously distorted like this track and when i commented, he said that on his shit it wasn't distorted at all.. just such a hard pounding bass that most speakers cant handle it i guess.
