Miscarriages of justice can happen to anyone, dont ever think it couldnt happen to you. Miscarriage of justice victims need support on their release, to help them to cope with the trauma and related problems of being incarcerated for a crime they did not commit. If guilty people can get supported prior to and after release then why is this support not available in abundance for the innocent. This was a very touching clip, rest in peace Stuart, gone but will never be forgotten.
Thanks for your reply. It saddens me that of 467 views there's only been 7 comments. It makes me wonder what the thoughts are of the 460 people who decided not to comment. Stuart, god bless him, was a M of J victim and there are many more that need our help and support as they sure as hell dont get it once they are released. They are basically put out on the streets as free men/women and left to fend for themselves in a society that is now alien to them. This shouldnt happen, but it does.
Rest in peace stuart, we hope and pray people will learn from this miscarrage of justics,it effects my family ,our brother is in same case as yours ,his years are lost and gone forever ,never bring back the wasted years ,yes thanks mojo, who without them people have no hope ,
RIP Stuart Gair ANOTHER miscarriage of justice in Scotland & the authorities knew for years he was innocent. John McManus & Paddy Joe Hill are working wonders at MOJO (see website) buy Paddy's book "Forever Lost". It could never happen to you..Right?
Thanks
