  • Thank you for taking the time to make these instructional videos. Greatly appreciated.

  • hi, thanks for the great demo, helped me clean and take apart my J22!

  • Hey men, thnx very much for the video!!! I almost went crazy trying to disarm the pistol. Greetings from Argentina.

  • hello i have a question which ammunition do you recommend for this gun

  • I had my Jennings for about 3 months now. I've fired over 300 rounds thru without a cleaning. Mainly, because I didn't know how to get it open! Your video was extremely helpful!

  • Where would you buy metal polish,I love my ja-22 but jam city

  • I bought my last polish at Shucks, O'Reily Autoparts, but you can get it online like at amazon.com

  • @glyates Thankyou

  • I think the 22 firing pin, in these little pistols, is a little more resilient than the Raven 25. I've never had an issue with mine breaking, either -- "knock on wood".

  • bad idea to dry fire a jennings 22 so many times...

  • Thanks dude my dads old 22. now fires 6 shots in a row instead of just 2

  • recently found n old bryco .380 but among other things wrong the pin is in backwords n i cant strip it.somebody please help?????

  • Put your q-tip with metal polish in the end of a dremel and it will buff the ramp to a mirror finish.

  • u can get gun scrubber that is safe for ur glock, it is also safe on all synthetic polymers, plastics etc. that stuff works like magic.....

  • No, never broke the firing pin, have you? The firing pin is a pretty strong piece of metal in this gun, can't imagine actually breaking it. Mine still looks like new after 1000's of rounds.

  • Have you broken your firing pin dry firing it?

  • hey great vid. i have the same gun and heard you said you took the blue off the slide and was just wondering what you did to do that, i love the chrome look. thanks

  • Hi, thanks for the comments. I used three things to remove the blue and get the polished chrome look:

    1) BirchWoodCasey Blue & Rust Remover and fine steelwool

    2) Blue Magic Metal Polish

    3) Dremel Rotary Tool (used this with the Blue Magic and it polishes it like chrome.)

Have fun, I really enjoy polishing and cleaning my firearms. Let me know how it works out.

  • before i take the blue off, i wanted to know if you have any problems with rust now that it doesnt have the blue anymore, thanks again

  • hey pretty good i got a lorcin 22 almost the same i guess but some good tips i will use with mine
