"also if you get a blue screen while the first xp install "you must be installing XP with Service Pack 2 or greater" SP1 and Orginal will bluescreen due to the non supported Express video.
Not true "willberg1", I installed XP Home SP1 which worked great until 2 weeks later I decided to upgrade to SP3 over the Net it borked the install completely and wouldn't boot!.
Yes you can replace Linux with Windows P or Vista or Mac OS but linux is MUCH better than XP or Vista. The default 'Xandros' version of linux is pants but 'Ubuntu' Liux is awesome and will have Vista fans jealous with its compiz-fuzion effects at blistering speed. :p
I install it easy pessy on Vista 0_o maybe you should just get aral bootdisk, bootable or whatever also make sure That u formatHD using NTFS or FAT32 FAT16 and FAT are not supported in 32-bit windows if it is 64-bit u r installing then format using NTFS

Hi, I installed using a cruzer flashdrive also. I had to remove the U3 functionality for it to work. I hope this information helps you.
