It really bothers me how they debate the case with the arrested minister in Sweden without knowing anything about it. The charges were pressed on the minister Åke Green not because he was discussing what the bible says about homosexuality but because he said that it was “abnormal, a horrible cancerous tumour in the body of society” and he compared it with pedophilia and having sex with animals. Secondly, he was acquitted by the the supreme court because of freedom of speech !

It really bothers me how they debate the case with the arrested minister in Sweden without knowing anything about it. The charges were pressed on the minister Åke Green not because he was discussing what the bible says about homosexuality but because he said that it was “abnormal, a horrible cancerous tumour in the body of society” and he compared it with pedophilia and having sex with animals. English speaking countries, including Canada and the UK. Rape is sex without the consent of one of the parties involved, species or gender is not specified. Sodomy is a generic catch-all term that includes stuff like heterosexual oral sex. "intra-species" mating would be two members of the same species having sex.

Most animal have consensual sex, in many countries it's legal to have consensual zoosex because it is harmless and it doesn't violate animal abuse laws, they still punish abusive zoosex (rape) under animal abuse laws.
Adult animals that are fully sexually mature can give non-verbal consent for sex with the use of body language, if both, the animal and the human are consenting adults, and both consent to have sex, there would be nothing unethical about it and so, it will be legal.
