I made one like this except, I used solar panels on the top of the airplane as the electricity. This made it so I didn't need battery's and it saved a lot of weight.

It is made from isolating blue foam. The wings are CNC hot wire cutted. The motor is a BM2408-21 with a 15 amps ESC and a 11.1V 750 mah Li-po Battery. I estimate the weight to 300-400 grams. Also it is a 4 channels. I will post a video to show how I'm cutting the wings.
