strange that so many have videos that call this relationship a gay love story. first of all they were hardly gay. in the best situation they were bisexual. and being locked up with someone and developing a psychotic attraction, with much physical aggression, is called a Stockholm syndrome, not love.

@eldadevata this relationship didn't start out of physical aggression I agree its not what I would call a beautiful love story though lol. Its a good love story but its hardly beautiful very unhealthy yes, but how many people have been in an off and on violent relationship with similar ups and downs. This is hardly stockholm syndrome.

Well if you are forced to live with someone without your basic freedom, and he beats you up and then he fucks you and then he beats you up again, I would definitely call that a Stockholm Syndrome, and not love. As to how many have ever been in a violent relationship, I dont know, but I guess it depends on their overall emotional and mental health. I for one have never dated anyone that even shouted with me. Im not a traumatised woman, I dont see aggression as a form of love.

Yes I have. I just dont see violence as an acceptable part of a love relationship.

The entire storyline was labelled gay on a politically incorrect basis, and it was labelled a love story on the basis that love can be addictive. I would rather say, addiction can be seen as love by some.

And by the way, just because I dont agree with you on the definition of love, it does not mean that the problem is in me, as your question seems to imply, as that would be an ad hominem.
