Edwards had earlier already spoken with Hillary. And I don't think you know what socialist is. Sweden for example is pretty socialist (social democracy though WAY different than say Venezuela) they beat the USA (and us) in most stats but that's besides the point. The point is both Hillary and Barack would be very right wing classical liberals in most countries that could remotely be called socialist.
