I wanted to know if this is related to ancient Chinese forms of Chi energy from forms of Tai Chi and Nei Kung? I am studying Nei Kung and Tai Chi right now and this seems very similar, is it?

With deep respect, I believe there is much to our physiology seen and unseen and this work may be real. However, I would like to see this demonstrated spontaneously on skeptical people with zero training or exposure to systema. If this is real, it should have no problems standing up to the rigours of an objective scientific test from outside people. I was wondering If Russian Special Forces developed this kind of Martial Arts why would you teach it to everyone who can buy your DVD's. To be honest I don't see any other Special Forces Group in the world teaching their techniques. My last question...if I buy your DVD's am i supposed to be better trained than the regular Russian troops (like Ground Forces).

I've been in MA for 30 years and don't believe anything unless I witneness or experience it for myself. I am a natural cynic and very sceptical. I think it is understandable considering just how much BS people try to sell us or convince us of on a daily basis these days.

On the other hand I am also open minded and I believe that there is more in the world than that which we can see, hear or smell...I am not one of these people who would say "I'll never try that because it is too ridiculous"...But in this case it is simply something I cannot believe unless I experience it myself.

i do practice systema. but i do not wanna become a fanatic follower.

for me, right now, i still do not believe in these kind of stuffs.

i do not try to said these are BS. but it just my character. if i have not tried it myself, i will not believe it.

i think these stuffs will work if the partner is co-orperating, and will not work if the partner refuse to co-operate.
