Looks like a crab to me. Even if it was a monster, it's very very very far away from you...at the bottom of the ocean!!! So unless you plan to go down there in a submersible, you're pretty safe.
If a marine biologist is referring to a chimera, he is most likely referring to a ratfish and other species of deep dwelling cartilaginous fish. Even if he were not this is NOT what a genetic chimera looks like. The wikipedia article which you copypasted that information from includes a photograph of a chimera mouse and as you can see, it is not a horrible mutant.
As for what is in the video, that is, as everyone else has said, a deep sea crab.
