Its faker than fake...He has 0 hit rating and hes NEVER missing the lvl 23. I have a lvl 1 twink also (which is way better than yours) and ive dueled lvl 24s and won.. but it never goes like that. You hit SO many miss / parry / dodge usually even though i have a 30%+ hit rating buffed.. and stam isnt good dude, stack agi and hit.
