Got it in trade years ago. It was once bcast on British TV. It was an art film put together by George Snow, who did many AON videos for them. Trivia: George Snow did a presentation of this with multiple screens of this surrounding the audience. Majority of the footage used for Instruments of Darkness segments was in the official music video with a lot of crap layered on top of this footage.
