Watching your videos has taught me so much about technique and color and brushes...etc. I really appreciate all your work. Thanks

  • pixiwoo please do some more videos! :)

  • I've noticed that u tend to start applying you foundation lower down your face by the jawline..is that because u like your flushed cheeks to still show thru your foundation a little? If it is, I think it's genius bcuz then you wouldn't really need blush :)

  • Pretty mom!! ;)

  • Oh Nic, we love you.

  • You have such beautiful skin! I would love to see a skin care routine video. How often you wash your face, moisturize, exfoliate, and us facial masks. Stuff like that! :)

  • Hey Nic loved the video. I was wondering if you could do a skincare video your skin looks really smooth and young , or if you have any skin care advice? Thank You

  • Ooh, I wear the same colour as you in Clinique superbalanced but when I went to MAC for this concealer they matched me with NC30... thought it was a bit too dark. definitely!

  • Im only 18 (not got any babies planned for the near future haha) but i completely understand why you'd take some makeup with you, I'd do the same I imagine.

  • you are beautiful!

  • you are beautiful and i like the make up!

btw, ur hair looks FABULOUUUS :) <3

  • love this so beautifully simple and natural

  • i have one more month to go, its a boy =) thanks for the tutorial!

  • @floralfashion3896 I used to have that problem. I would just carry blotting pads in my bag and whenever my T zone got oily they were perfect to fix that without ruining my makeup.

  • i hate to think that people would judge someone putting mek up on in the hospital! why ont they mind their own business?? gosh makes me so angry that sometimes make up is associated to silliness rather than to art!

  • Thank you nic,a great vid. Also nice for lazy weekends too! xxx

  • Hi, what moisturizer did you use? Your skin is always flawless and glowing, every single foundation you use just glides on and soaks in! x

  • You and Sam are so lovely and I have learned so much about makeup from watching you. Thank you for all the hard work that you do. I may be the only person who would request this, but could you do a tutorial on minimal makeup that can withstand the elements? I am a park ranger at Yellowstone and being outside all the time in all weather (plus needing sunblock) I have trouble finding anything that will last more than two seconds. If there isn't much interest, no worries!

  • You look beautiful with your hair down!

  • Congratulations with your baby! 55 hours is difficult to imagine! You're a hero!!!! I wish my skin looked like yours, so beautiful!

  • a whole day!!! 0.0!!!

  • you already have rosy cheeks, dont you think its better to leave it without blusher? coz i think its too much

  • Oh my goodness, you are so strong! 3 days in labour...

  • You look so beautiful!

  • very nice, congrats on your son, this makeup looks so natural and perfect, ty for this

  • If it makes you feel any better, I put my Mom through 4 days of labour and then she was in hospital for about a week afterwards as well. Crazy woman had 4 kids total and I was number 2! Lol. Great tutorial!

  • Heck yea labor hurts!! But as soon as the baby comes out the sense of relief is so nice.... There's no pain at all, and knowing ur little bundle of joy is getting cleaned up for u to hold makes it all worth wile

  • I love watching videos by you. I'm amazed every time at how you are ambidextrous.

  • wow 3 days is more then the average, i was in labor for 14 hrs.....the lady in the room next to me was in labor for over 80 hrs...idk how girls do that. epidural is a god send

  • nic, another silly question: i have a 5 months old son and cannot wear nail polish because i cannot find time to wait for my nails to dry, how do you manage to wear nail polish? is it the topcoat?

  • You color.your brows? Do they match your natural hair color, or is this your natural hair color?

    Stunnung as always!

  • Nic, please show us Harry again so we can see how big he must be getting :)

I can not imagine the pain of labor! Women deserve to be put on pedestals after going through that! Epidurals must be the greatest Godsend ever, that's all I can say....

  • Loved the video and your birthing commentary. :) I have a question for you guys, what would you recommend to someone to brighten up deep set eyes? My eyes are really set back in my head and they always look really dark. Thanks!

  • love this look!!...and congrats on your son! :)

  • Hi, I was wondering what tinted moisturizer would you recommend for people with combination skin?

  • Everything (foundation, moisturizer, etc) goes on your's and Sam's face like butter.

  • Pretty mommy=) congrats!

  • 55hs? are u kidding me? i r a tough bitch :D love u :D

  • You are so lovely. I wish I had brought make up with me, but I was in so much pain after his birth and it stayed for 2 weeks. Oh did I mention he was 10lbs. 2ozs. ! I was delirious ! :-)

  • I like how its minimal, but it still enhances your features

  • That red nail polish looks really nice on you.

  • I love it :) very pretty

  • Since you have the color Bisque.. Is it a good color for more light yellow skin tones? I bought sand, it was horribly darker than the picture and ment for warmer skin tones. So before I buy bisque, I thought I'd ask.

  • Are the mac paint pots pro products? For some reason I can't ever find them at my mac counter!

  • @WelshA8 No you should be able to get them at all MAC's but if not get them online.x

  • Love this! I'm due in 3 weeks and like you am not bothered about what I look like during labour - but do want to feel nice afterwards! Thanks for sharing what you took! x

  • So funny...I actually did a video called 'Hospital Glamour' showing how I stay feelin' purty at the hospital after I had my fourth baby in January of last year. I do rollers AND makeup. ;-) Yes, it is important to feel pretty after just having pushed a 7 lb person out of one's body!

  • This is such a good idea! I would never have thought of bringing make up. But your right, you have so many people coming over on those days!

  • i really thought you won't be using a blush anymore. you have a natural blush in there.. you look lovely.. your face is so moisturized..

  • i love this make-up as i do the exact same every day, even with the same tinted moisturiser. : )

  • your eyelashes are amazing!XXX

  • wow a day or two of pain must be horrible I only had a couple of hours of pain lol

  • I adore this look. It's so light and enhances your natural beauty! Did I understand correctly that you used foundation over the tinted moisturiser?

  • I love how this "no-makeup makeup" (or not even, just minimal) actually looks close to a no-makeup but better look, instead of so many tutorials that look so obviously stacked with makeup.

  • my minimal makeup is tinted moisturizer , black eyeliner and lipgloss :)

  • preach it sister! haha. i'm due in April and i have definitely put some thought towards simple MU to take with me for the inevitable photo marathon.

  • This may be kind of a forward question, but in the US, most women would not be allowed to be in labor for that long. Mostly they would be C sectioned after 24hrs... I don't know if you feel comfortable sharing information about Harry's birth on the internet, but it would be great to hear what the birthing process was like for you in the UK. Would you be willing to do a video about it?

  • @leahceriello Yeah I know, they kept a close eye on Harry's heart rate all the time to make sure he was ok. I was 4cm after about 9 hours but then they put me in the birthing pool and Harry went back to 1 cm because he was so chilled out in the pool. The then got me back out, I was still having contractions every 2-3 minutes but he was back the back and when he went back up and turned his head. So they had me doing exercises every time I had a contraction to try and get him to move

  • @pixiwoo then after another (what felt like hours) but was days in hospital without food or sleep they made me walk around the hospital to try and get him to move down. On that walk (screaming inside in the hallways) I dumped into the midwife that first saw me 3 days before she couldn't understand why I was still there in so much pain so called the head doctor and the got me in and gave me hormones to help harry along. After that it was only a few hours but I didn't have much energy. xx

  • @leahceriello I Live in Atlanta, and I was also in labor for three days. Sometimes it just depends on the situation.

  • @leahceriello I was in labor for 58 hours with my daughter, my contractions were 5-6 minutes apart for 24 hours! I was told until they were 2-3 minutes apart there was no chance of me being admitted to the labor ward. It took forever for me to get to that point.. I WISH they would have let me in sooner for some form of pain relief, even just so i could get some sleep. I think it's a stupid, stupid rule.. I'm not sure if that's just my hospital, but 58 hours felt like a month! x x x

  • You use concealer to cancel out the redness on your cheeks and then you use blush? I'm confused, lol.

  • @zjaajref I used bronzer and it was on the back of my cheeks xxx

  • @zjaajref In deed!!!

  • You have amazing skin x

  • how do I know which is my MAC foundation number, without go to a MAC Store ?

  • @MariianaSousaa Ask them for help, get them to match you up a colour, it may change everytime you get a new one as skin changes so try it on. xx

  • I just adore you two, beautiful ladies! <3 Lots of love from Ohio.

  • I think you look so beautiful without makeup..wish my skin was as pretty!!

  • I'm 15 and get quite a lot of spots on my forehead and cheeks, i know this is normal but i wear make up (not much and i take it off properly) and when i get in from school i can see that the foundation is starting to collect with the oil in my t-zone. Is there anyway i can stop this from happening apart from using a primer and using powder because i do that already. Also is there any way i can calm down my spots when they are agrivated and red (especially blind spots) Thank you :)

    Amy

  • you dont need blush, you have natural blush

  • Could you do a video on mac concealers?

  • This is a good look. I had surgery and after I started to feel human, I put on a bit of makeup, because it made me feel better.

    ~elaine

  • what concealer do you suggest? i'm quite yellow, and since it's my first time trying out a concealer don't want to go too expensive. thanks

  • You're one of those people who wears makeup so well! Sometimes I forget it's just because you're gorgeous. lol :) I like this "look."

  • i love your videos, the way you do your makeup and i love the fact that you said partner!!

  • 55 hours of labor? i officially dont want kids!

  • your skin looks amazing

  • I REALLY, REALLY LOVE this make up... something more natural and easy for working. To me a good make up is a make that nobody can really see. This make up is exactly what I do everyday ! It doesn't mean that I don't like the other (you're my favourite) I've tried almost all because they're all so classy and "natural" if I can say. Does it make sense???

    XOXO from France

Now I wait for dark skin make up (^_^) (^_~) What products, what brands, what can be vibrant on our skin tones, etc... thanks
