you're just using the breed in the neck position for this solo?

Hes using them both. Watch the pickup selector; he changes it a few times but its really quick. When he does the speed runs hes using the neck, just look for the little black tip to the pickup selector and you can tell when he's using the bridge/neck. Bridge is the furthest, or in the video its on the left, neck is on the right, or when its all the way up.

Sound awesome! I also wonder how they stack up against Evos. I know that the Evos are meant to be harmonics crazy, but you got some very tasty squeals out of those Breeds too. Any advice?

Very nice playing there! You got some great sound coming out of those Breed pickups. I have those as well in my Jem. :) I've been thinking about changing them for Evolutions. Have you tried those yet? If so, how do you think they compare to Breeds?

Looking at Breeds or Evolutions. I have a Paul and an RG1550. Should I slap Evos in the RG and Breeds in the Paul, vise-versa, or what? Any other Pups out there I should consider?

Just a question : i am lookin' to hot rod my strat a little , tried an ol' SH6 from the eighties (the damn thing seems to be broken : i've tried two different wiring diagrams , resoldered everything on the damn thing , and still it sounds weak even compared to single-coil pickups ... low output ...wtf? ) anyway , here i am , wanting a good bridge pup for my strat , and would the breed sound like this on a '97 maple-neck/alder body strat?

I've got the Breed bridge in my mahogany Ibanez MFM2. Due to the wood mine seems a little darker sounding and less snappy than yours.

What do you have? It's an alder body Ibanez?

Anyway, the Breed is my favorite bridge humbucker!
