Because these cars were the corner stones For Mercedes AMG and helped make Mercedes AMG what they are today. A 2.5L 16V normally aspirated developing 225hp at its max. A modern Subaru WRX developes close to the same hp, but with the aid of a turbo, blow off valve, intercooler, bigger injectors, remap of the ECU to put it in perspective. Pretty cool.

For starters, Everyone thinks that engine modifications are the best route to go in tuning a car. Well, with all that power how are you going to stop. In my personal opinion having the proper breaks, and suspension should be the one of the first things you should upgrade. the best type of breaks to get are the one that are drilled and slotted with a three to four piston calipare.

The piston(s), in the caliper pushes on the break pads due to the pressurized break fluid passing through it.

Unlike gas engines, diesel engines use glow plugs instead of a spark plug which is located somewhat in the combustion chamber to ignite the less refine diesel fuel which is mostly oil.

@kikotumadre First of all,all car egines except for diesel engines use four strokes to generate power.Here is how it works:A four stroke means it takes four strokes of the piston to complete one power revolution.first the intake stroke,the piston moves down and intake valve(s)opens the air/fuel mixture is pushed in by atmospheric pressure, then it fills combustion chamber.The combustionchamber is where your exhaust and intake valves are along with the sparkplug whichignites the air/fuel mixture

A typical diesel engine does all the work of that of a car engine which I explained to you bellow in half the number of strokes. Hence a two stroke. Here is how a typical diesel engine works as explained bellow.

@kikotumadre Infact the inventor of the diesel engine originally designed it to run on peanut oil, but you can also use biodiesel, which is half diesel fuel and half vegetable oil. They make kits out there too for you to do it yourself. Another difference and benefit using diesel is that they use piston sleaves or tubes instead of using just piston rings. The benefit is less wear and tear on parts and you just have to replace the sleaves after a certain amount of miles. Pretty cool huh?

@disturbedroxz Yes I would get the Levin but make sure you bring a magnet with you and run it along the body.This way you can tell if it was damaged or not ex. magnet sticks to fenders=metal, Magnet does not stick= bondow or filler,which is not good.Also see if it is a "kouki" or the coupe version beacuse the chassis is stiffer than the liftback/hatchback. If you can look into the Japan's 2 door GT version,because it was the lightest model of all the types.Weighs 910 kg (2,006 lb). Good luck!!!

The "sn94" stands for the third generation of Mustangs (1979-1993) with the 5.0L V8. The "4th generation" of mustangs (1994-2004) used the "sn95/fox4" platform. @97flip97 They are not specialized names but chassis codes. ill give an example, when you hear 86 they are refering to AE86 for the trueno. Another example, the rx7's are called after their chassis such as FD for FD3S, FC for FC3S. I hope this helped.
