for the 2nd form I would spam hadokens so i wouldn't get grabbed and prevent most of the chip damage from blocking also you can safely use shinku hadokens. I am surprised yami didn't do his asshole grab move on you that forces you to mega crash or get 60% damage but the vid is good, the basic strategy for every large vs series boss is the same.
Just using Yatterman's super makes it even easier since you have invincibility. And on the other two forms you can actually use one strong attack to speed things up.
Easiest I have beaten Yami is with Doronjo and Yatterman-1. Of course you just need enough bars for a team special.

meh your using ryu all wrong for the firt 2 forms of yami
its easier to to jump and mid punch twice and follow up with a hurricane kick (all this can be done between Yami's attacks)
by the final form you should have the SP to just keep using Yattermans Special
Perfect stratergy for beating him with that team
