i like the buttons explained in the booklets ,i would never have figured out how to jump in sonic without them ,LOL !, most people just push the buttons to find out what they do ,i dont think i ever look in the book with any game.

16:31 - 16:38 To me, that sequence makes no sense. A guy absorbs a projectile with no sweat, sucks the opponent towards him with a ground stomp and the opponent flies towards him as if... nope, I cannot find any non-magical explanation to that. I think the X-ray move causes all of this nonsense. I do not own this game and I most surely ain't gonna.

Just thought I'd say real quick, I think they didn't bother with button commands in the instructions because the game is designed to be patched based on user feedback, so that if there's an input the majority disagree on (Jax's far range ground pound for example, I think is too impractical), they can release a patch and change it, therefore rendering the input in the booklet, useless xD

Anyhoo, gonna watch the rest of the vid now. :3

Generally I have never liked guest star characters in fighting games but Kratos fits very well in the MK universe. Unlike the Star Wars characters in Soulcalibur IV, Spartan-458 in Dead or Alive 4 or that Infamous guy in Street Fighter X Tekken... horrible ideas!

I agree on the spoiler part in the Freddy trailer! I was peeking through my fingers when I was watching the trailer and I had the volume muted because I did not want to hear or see the x-ray moves or the fatality's! But I did want to see a little bit of Freddy in action so I could see how he looks. To me, Freddy looks stupid because he has two gloves, that's a horrible idea! Other than that he's fine, even though I would have preferred the 80's classic Krueger too like REsonic mentioned already.

The last thing I care about in the instruction manual are in fact the instructions! But I do like to have the manual with the game because sometimes they have character profiles and other fun little info that you can't find in the game itself. I think that in the future there is not going to be manuals with the games and I kind of think it's sad. Manuals used to be thick and in full color but these days they seem like a piece of toilet paper. I like manuals even if they are mostly useless!

It's sad that they choose to go with the remake Freddy Krueger instead of the 80's classic Krueger. :/
