Well its Cell processor (this sounds like bleh and bs but it sort of isnt) is clocked at 3ghz with 8 cores (octo core) and 16?- 8mb cache, ye that sort of rapes any quad core i7 920 processor (my processor)... its gpu is a joke however in comparison to todays machines.

Actually, its not so much about Nigeria, but this is where most of the initial scams started from.

In my experience, I take it personal when a scammer emails me. I respond to every email I get from scammers. Out of the 30+ I have spoke too on the phone, 90% of them were of African descent. Some from Jamaica, Negeria, other Parts of Africa, Spain, the UK and more. But only 2 were from America. These 2 I handed the info over to the FBI and lead to arrests.
