he just danced around the question so well that it sounded like he answered. and what the hell did UPS and FEDEX have to do with the question. he just brought them up to get people laughing and side tracked.

UPS and Fedex are perfect examples because they exemplify how a private corporation (Fedex and UPS) can compete with a public entity (USPS), even though USPS have tax and legal advantages.
Obama is much smarter than people give him credit.
