I beieve the reason why he has super strangth is because of his central nervous system.
his motor units are likely running alot faster than normal peoples. The faster they running the stronger you are. The more you are focusing on building muscle the harder it is to work get gaind from your motor units. Tada!
@MrAlexR123 Yes, there is iron in steel, but it is the strongest out there. In order to bended iron you would well over 700kg of pressure. In this video, Dennis Rogers is bending an crescent wrench. Metal couldn't take, even 100lbs of pressure.
why don't you lift your hads and then try to bend it in the air , not using leverage from your legs and body... what the fucck is this.... this is nothing out of the ordinary.. can't believe the stupidity of this guy and this show... too sad to watch
There's a trick to bending metal, have you ever bent something and it heats up? That's what he does, he bends the metal and he doesn't stop moving it because if he does it will cool down and he will have to start all over again exerting all that force to heat it to bend it.
@assassinbbx It would only take about 200 - 300 pounds of pressure to start the bend, and starting it is the hard part, once you start bending it don't stop and wala.
@TboneSTEAK111 500 pounds and they still didnt bend the wrench like him...i dont know, dont think this is over-exaggerating..and you didnt answer my question, can you bend it?
I never bought into the whole the amount of force a person can generate is limited by their mass, by that logic fat guys are the strongest.
It's like these guy's never took into consideration how far a simple set of big strong muscles can take you, Muscular 160 pound guys out bench obese 300+ pound guys at my gym all the time. I think that shits only true for football where you quite literally throw your weight around
@KaeruthePaladin YES, that's what i was thinking when they said that!
a person's mass really has nothing to do with the amount of force they can generate. the only way their mass would matter is if they were being launched out of a cannon or something, or running into people
@nokodtunifDF Except its correct. F = MA just gives you the maximum amount of force one person can generate, not how much he will generate. A 150lbs person who has a 10% muscle mass wont be as strong as a 300lbs man also with a 10% muscle mass. So while an out of shape 300lbs man might not be stronger than a 150lbs man who is in shape, his potential for the amount of weight he can bench is much higher. Just look at the WSM competition. Its always the bigger guys who win.
@KaeruthePaladin Hahahah wooooow the american educational system has failed; you don´t believe mass limits strength? That´s fcking basic physics you dumb meathead, and it has nothing to do with random fat peoples unability to lift heavy, he never stated that u lift weights with fat.
@JonCOCOLOMBIAN Did it ever occur to you that you have no idea who I am? Pretty safe to say you don't know where I live, seeing as you have already made it clear that you won't watch my videos. Either make a point or resign yourself to the fact that you're not really making yourself look more manly here by badmouthing someone you don't know. I really dislike having to report people for harassment, but then again, its your choice to respond or not. It would be smart not to.
Wow am i that old? When did trolling become cool? When i was younger (8 years to be exact) if you did the whole trolling thing you were considered a loser with no life outside the internet. So why is it every video i go to now and look at the comments to see what others thought of a video i see some dweeb starting an argument with someone over nothing. Here's a bit of advice from an "old-timer" GET LAID!!! you're not cool, you're just annoying and wasting our time.
@JonCOCOLOMBIAN Your keyboard makes a nice shield, now doesn't it? Bet it feels good to grind someone verbally into the ground like that. Makes it harder for people to see your poor self-esteem. Resorting to insulting random people you don't like is all I need to know what you're like. I've had too many people call me the exact same things to not know that they're wimpier than I am. I've jailed one, outsmarted the rest. Do I see a difference here? No.
@JonCOCOLOMBIAN First of all, I consider "nerd" to be a compliment. If you want to insult me, do it properly On that note, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but throwing out insults that make you feel badass actually don't do any favors for your penis size. Sorry. However, you are right on more than one thing. She does wear glasses, as do I, and she does enjoy my nerdy-ass comments as much as I like counter-trolling with them. I do have a hobby, by the way. It's called college.
i was trying to take off a bolt one time and i bent my spanner, and im not huge, i think it's in all of us, iv also lifted the back end of a car before thats pretty heavy
@JonCOCOLOMBIAN If you paid attention to my posted videos, you wouldn't be making such prepubescent insults and false claims to which there is directly contradicting evidence. Accusing someone else of not having a girl sadly does not increase your penis size, assuming you're a guy. You need to get your facts straight before you resort to such useless ways to win an argument. For the record and to simplify, I am 20, I have a girl, the same in one of my vids, and I have real friends.
@JonCOCOLOMBIAN Then we find ourselves in similar situations, but I find it a little odd that you can indirectly claim that I have no friends when you do not have any idea who I am. Inquiring minds would like to know why you say such false statements (terribly sorry, I deleted my first reply on accident).
i think this is awesome but one thing is the platform...it took 350 pounds of pressing to start bending it. he didnt bent it in one motion, he would use burst of energy and get a small bend over and ever adding them up to a big bend. still an awesome video

I like how everyone is all this and that, radically efficient i say! , 25% of bending is based on raw force... i say! Guy rolls up a frying pan like its a pancake and your shooting out theories and percentages. Give me a break.
@VictorVonFox once you start the bend, leverage works in your favor, so all you have to do is generate a large amount of force in a very small amount of time, not maintain that force. Once the bend starts, the bend can be finished by distributing the load from the two sides at the same time, resulting in half the force required to finish the bend, the 'initial' bend is the hard part, and very few people have the muscular capability of generating such a high force even if for very little time
What I found amazing is that his body is not that masive like the two brothers who destroys things or the athlets from "The strongest man in the world".
@venoms101 Diamonds can't bend very well. They're commonly called the strongest materials on earth, when in reality, they're just the hardest. You could smash a diamond with a hammer.
@TheCalcy Ah u for real!? Mark Henry won a Strongest Man Event back in 2002, he's no where near the strongest. The WWE just hypes it, like they fucking hype everything because WWE is shit.
not fake. watch the whole episode. force = mass x acceleration. he applies all of his available mass in quick bursts so he's able to generate massive amounts of force and bend objects. he probably cant hold 500 pounds up in the air, but he can generate over 500 pounds of force by applying all of his mass in an instant.
In other words his body is more radically efficient in its use of muscle to generate force than the average human being's. If he had more muscle, he could very well be the strongest man in the world in terms of lifting overall weight rather than currently being the world's strongest man in terms of "pound for pound" useage of muscle power.
@fmilktoast Are you kidding me!??! Your stated that he could hold 500lbs in the air?! Dennis Rogers, casn hold back a motorcycle with 100 horsepower. The pulling force is 1,350lbs.
@feilongliu Care to explain why its supposedly fake? Assuming that your answer wouldn't be riddled with grammatically incorrect expletives, not to mention an unneeded amount of extra letters in a single word, I cannot fathom a reason that would prove you correct, a reason that actually relies on understandable and reasonable fact and not the byproduct of a desperate attempt to gain attention by accusing one of deception. There's the reply button. I suggest you use it to further my amusement.
@crichton55 this guy hasn't been tested under proper conditions, and there have been several claiming similar powers of supernatural kinetic ability, like Uri Geller the spoon bender, but when they get tested properly, they usually get proved as fakes, no one's ever found scientific proof for strength like Rogers shows in a human, it breaks the laws of physics.
@munkyman951919 What do you mean by "proper conditions"? If I show you a pig that talks you aren't going to tell me that whether or not the pig talks was tested under improper conditions. This guy rolled a goddamn frying pan into a rolling pin. What more do you want?
@HecticRat I would ask to see proper conditions for anything, there are lots of people who've done incredible things on television, they are often found to be frauds, look up James Randi's project alpha: his trainees were able to trick eye witnesses into believing they had supernatural abilities, only under good conditions can this sort of thing be accepted, because him being able to bend a wrench is against known laws of physics, there is a lot more proof for these laws
@munkyman951919 A century ago people were firmly convinced that the Titanic was incapable of sinking. Poor Mr. Andrews found out the hard way that things that seem like they contradict known physical laws can indeed happen. Guy rolling a frying pan, another eating glass for breakfast, and one more whose voice sounds like an full symphony orchestra. It's called Earth, and crazy shit happens there.
@crichton55 there's nothing against the laws of physics about the titanic sinking, it hit an iceberg at full speed because the captain was trying to break a record, a man bending a frying pan, a man of his size, does not seem to break known laws of psychics, it does break these laws, why are you so quick to believe in this, just because you saw it on television, despite the fact it goes against observable fact?
@munkyman951919 The titanic was an analogy, if you'll notice. A way to explain that while some people might believe something to be impossible, it turns out to be possible and often unexplainable. True, watching it on TV does not mean it is real 100% of the time, but if that's the case, why should everyone who watches the Discovery Channel believe what it has to say?
@crichton55 as long as the discovery channel doesn't challenge established laws of science, you have no reason not to believe it, this show challenges the laws of physics, there is therefore ample evidence to suggest that it is not true, the evidence of a television show is only weak when against the laws of science, its acceptable when it agrees with these law. (by the way, I was just pointing out that it was a bad analogy, can you give me a better example of science being disproved?
@munkyman951919 Tempting. However, as much as I'd love to hear what else you have to say, I must admit I grow tired of trading words over something not worth arguing further about. Bending a wrench like what it shown seems and looks like it defies science, yes. I agree. Maybe it does, and perhaps he's merely got something to his physiology that science has no knowledge of yet. I resign to my own opinions and you are entitled to yours as well.
@munkyman951919 Dennis Rogers, has been tested under proper conditions. He's been on an television called "Superhumans". The show tests martial artist, powerlifters, and world strongman. Dennis Rogers, is an grand master in old time world strongman. It's very possible to break the law of physics.
@XXBruceLee Ofcourse it´s not fcking possible to break the laws of physics you dumb retarded fck. Obviously this guy is strong as hell but there is nothing supernatural about it; laws of psysics apply to everone and everything and if you can prove otherwise contact James Randi and make some money.
@urbanurban12 Newton's second law has be proven wrong many times before. If have an object with a lot of mass. It will travel at lesser acceleration. This will result in less force exerted. An 700lb person from stand 24 inches away, and traveling at 1mph will onyly apply 1000lbs of force. A man with very little body mass moving much faster will exert 1,800lbs of force. Bruce Lee, is an example of Newton's second law being broken, therefore the law's of physics can be easily broken.
@fprimeoft Newton's second law has been broken. How dumb can you possible be!? You obviously don't comprehend anything I say. Dennis Rogers, is superhuman. Their is a strongman out there, that could hold back a car, but he had a difficult time holding the car. Dennis Rogers, grip strength isn't normal. Look at the size of, Mark Henry, asshole. Who's got more body mass? Please, go back to high school yourself.
@XXBruceLee Not only have you failed to understand Newton's Second Law, but you've also completely misunderstood what I was saying. There is nothing super natural about men working hard and attaining strengths greater than that of the average person. As for Newton's second law, it says NOTHING about how much force a person can generate with his or her muscles. Do you know Newton's original wording? "The force ACTING on a body is proportional to its mass and its acceleration."
@XXBruceLee I think a simple example of F=ma might help clear things up. Let's say you have a 20kg mass that is accelerating at 10 m/s^2. What is the force acting on that body? 200 kg*m/s^2, or 200 Newtons. You see? F=ma is meant to describe the force ACTING on a given mass, not how much force that mass can 'generate'. A mass simply sitting there can't necessarily 'generate' any force, other than gravitational forces, and that is completely irrelevant to this discussion.
@fprimeoft You've just proved my point. They also state the less mass you have it'll limit your strength. It isn't true. I recommand you watch fight science, so you'll comprehend better. Your basically explaining everything I know already. F=ma is based on size, which is mass or muscle. What do think size is? Muscle mass!! Everyone claims the more muscle mass the stronger. You're absolutely wrong. Size doesn't matter. You can weigh 126lbs and hit like 580lb individual.
@fprimeoft I never said " A mass can generate force by sitting". Please, learn how to read & comprehend. The man lacks mass, therefore he shouldn't be able to generate such force! Their are individuals who can have the same acceleration rate, and still unable to generate the same amount of force. Mark Henry, weighs over 410lbs, and still can't match, Dennis Rogers.
@XXBruceLee I'm done. I've explained why F=ma says nothing about how much force a person can generate with their muscles. You are apparently either too dumb to figure it out, or too entrenched in your misunderstandings to admit you're wrong.
Scientist are often proven wrong about what the world is capable of.
I beieve the reason why he has super strangth is because of his central nervous system.

I like how everyone is all this and that, radically efficient i say! , 25% of bending is based on raw force... i say! Guy rolls up a frying pan like its a pancake and your shooting out theories and percentages. Give me a break.
GoodRockinBrown 6 months ago
25% of bending is based on raw force....the other 75% is based on HOW you bend it
VictorVonFox 6 months ago
@VictorVonFox once you start the bend, leverage works in your favor, so all you have to do is generate a large amount of force in a very small amount of time, not maintain that force. Once the bend starts, the bend can be finished by distributing the load from the two sides at the same time, resulting in half the force required to finish the bend, the 'initial' bend is the hard part, and very few people have the muscular capability of generating such a high force even if for very little time

Something also a little flawed here, they were trying to bend it from the middle where as he was bending it from both sides. Completely different

@venoms101 Diamonds can't bend very well. They're commonly called the strongest materials on earth, when in reality, they're just the hardest. You could smash a diamond with a hammer.
nonchalantgamer 4 months ago
@venoms101 He's bending an 8 inch crescent wrench. They take 490lbs to 600lbs of pressure to bend!!

not fake. watch the whole episode. force = mass x acceleration. he applies all of his available mass in quick bursts so he's able to generate massive amounts of force and bend objects. he probably cant hold 500 pounds up in the air, but he can generate over 500 pounds of force by applying all of his mass in an instant.
fmilktoast 8 months ago
@fmilktoast
In other words his body is more radically efficient in its use of muscle to generate force than the average human being's. If he had more muscle, he could very well be the strongest man in the world in terms of lifting overall weight rather than currently being the world's strongest man in terms of "pound for pound" useage of muscle power.
At least that's how I'm interpreting this.
willia3r 7 months ago

@crichton55 this guy hasn't been tested under proper conditions, and there have been several claiming similar powers of supernatural kinetic ability, like Uri Geller the spoon bender, but when they get tested properly, they usually get proved as fakes, no one's ever found scientific proof for strength like Rogers shows in a human, it breaks the laws of physics.
munkyman951919 5 months ago
@munkyman951919 What do you mean by "proper conditions"? If I show you a pig that talks you aren't going to tell me that whether or not the pig talks was tested under improper conditions. This guy rolled a goddamn frying pan into a rolling pin. What more do you want?
HecticRat 5 months ago
@HecticRat I would ask to see proper conditions for anything, there are lots of people who've done incredible things on television, they are often found to be frauds, look up James Randi's project alpha: his trainees were able to trick eye witnesses into believing they had supernatural abilities, only under good conditions can this sort of thing be accepted, because him being able to bend a wrench is against known laws of physics, there is a lot more proof for these laws
munkyman951919 4 months ago
@munkyman951919 A century ago people were firmly convinced that the Titanic was incapable of sinking. Poor Mr. Andrews found out the hard way that things that seem like they contradict known physical laws can indeed happen. Guy rolling a frying pan, another eating glass for breakfast, and one more whose voice sounds like an full symphony orchestra. It's called Earth, and crazy shit happens there.
crichton55 4 months ago
@crichton55 there's nothing against the laws of physics about the titanic sinking, it hit an iceberg at full speed because the captain was trying to break a record, a man bending a frying pan, a man of his size, does not seem to break known laws of psychics, it does break these laws, why are you so quick to believe in this, just because you saw it on television, despite the fact it goes against observable fact?
munkyman951919 4 months ago
@munkyman951919 The titanic was an analogy, if you'll notice. A way to explain that while some people might believe something to be impossible, it turns out to be possible and often unexplainable. True, watching it on TV does not mean it is real 100% of the time, but if that's the case, why should everyone who watches the Discovery Channel believe what it has to say?
crichton55 4 months ago
@crichton55 as long as the discovery channel doesn't challenge established laws of science, you have no reason not to believe it, this show challenges the laws of physics, there is therefore ample evidence to suggest that it is not true, the evidence of a television show is only weak when against the laws of science, its acceptable when it agrees with these law. (by the way, I was just pointing out that it was a bad analogy, can you give me a better example of science being disproved?
munkyman951919 4 months ago
@munkyman951919 Tempting. However, as much as I'd love to hear what else you have to say, I must admit I grow tired of trading words over something not worth arguing further about. Bending a wrench like what it shown seems and looks like it defies science, yes. I agree. Maybe it does, and perhaps he's merely got something to his physiology that science has no knowledge of yet. I resign to my own opinions and you are entitled to yours as well.
crichton55 4 months ago
@crichton55 very true :)
munkyman951919 4 months ago
@munkyman951919 Dennis Rogers, has been tested under proper conditions. He's been on an television called "Superhumans". The show tests martial artist, powerlifters, and world strongman. Dennis Rogers, is an grand master in old time world strongman. It's very possible to break the law of physics.
XXBruceLee 1 month ago
@XXBruceLee Ofcourse it´s not fcking possible to break the laws of physics you dumb retarded fck. Obviously this guy is strong as hell but there is nothing supernatural about it; laws of psysics apply to everone and everything and if you can prove otherwise contact James Randi and make some money.
urbanurban12 1 month ago
@urbanurban12 Newton's second law has be proven wrong many times before. If have an object with a lot of mass. It will travel at lesser acceleration. This will result in less force exerted. An 700lb person from stand 24 inches away, and traveling at 1mph will onyly apply 1000lbs of force. A man with very little body mass moving much faster will exert 1,800lbs of force. Bruce Lee, is an example of Newton's second law being broken, therefore the law's of physics can be easily broken.
XXBruceLee 1 month ago
@XXBruceLee You don't understand Newton's second law. At all. Go take a high school physics course.
fprimeoft 3 days ago
@fprimeoft Newton's second law has been broken. How dumb can you possible be!? You obviously don't comprehend anything I say. Dennis Rogers, is superhuman. Their is a strongman out there, that could hold back a car, but he had a difficult time holding the car. Dennis Rogers, grip strength isn't normal. Look at the size of, Mark Henry, asshole. Who's got more body mass? Please, go back to high school yourself.
XXBruceLee 3 days ago
@XXBruceLee Not only have you failed to understand Newton's Second Law, but you've also completely misunderstood what I was saying. There is nothing super natural about men working hard and attaining strengths greater than that of the average person. As for Newton's second law, it says NOTHING about how much force a person can generate with his or her muscles. Do you know Newton's original wording? "The force ACTING on a body is proportional to its mass and its acceleration."
fprimeoft 2 days ago
@XXBruceLee I think a simple example of F=ma might help clear things up. Let's say you have a 20kg mass that is accelerating at 10 m/s^2. What is the force acting on that body? 200 kg*m/s^2, or 200 Newtons. You see? F=ma is meant to describe the force ACTING on a given mass, not how much force that mass can 'generate'. A mass simply sitting there can't necessarily 'generate' any force, other than gravitational forces, and that is completely irrelevant to this discussion.
fprimeoft 2 days ago
@fprimeoft You've just proved my point. They also state the less mass you have it'll limit your strength. It isn't true. I recommand you watch fight science, so you'll comprehend better. Your basically explaining everything I know already. F=ma is based on size, which is mass or muscle. What do think size is? Muscle mass!! Everyone claims the more muscle mass the stronger. You're absolutely wrong. Size doesn't matter. You can weigh 126lbs and hit like 580lb individual.
XXBruceLee 2 days ago
@fprimeoft I never said " A mass can generate force by sitting". Please, learn how to read & comprehend. The man lacks mass, therefore he shouldn't be able to generate such force! Their are individuals who can have the same acceleration rate, and still unable to generate the same amount of force. Mark Henry, weighs over 410lbs, and still can't match, Dennis Rogers.
XXBruceLee 2 days ago
@XXBruceLee I'm done. I've explained why F=ma says nothing about how much force a person can generate with their muscles. You are apparently either too dumb to figure it out, or too entrenched in your misunderstandings to admit you're wrong.
