Actually he's not trying to reform it, he's trying to eradicate it. I can only recommend to read his excellent book "Leaving islam. Apostates speak out"

I will get hold of this book.

I read his "why I am not a muslim" and it gave mind-boggling account of Islam.

May I suggest you google "virgins? what virgins?" !!
