Like I said before, Crysis 1 is a lot more detailed, so are the weapon and charater models. Lighting? Crysis 1 is a lot close to real life then Crysis 2.

@tazss159 Na. Crysis 2 objective was not to make a more graphically enhanced game, which it did, but it used a lighter engine. Cry Engine 3 focuses on good graphics yet not that much CPU usage. @flannelman94 I've played the game... unfortunately they removed the speed burst similar to the first game. You are just basically sprinting in crysis 2 with the sliding added to the game. the last part of the clip was just sped up. But it is kind of different because crysis 1 was an open world game.

I don't think Crysis 2 will be good. I doubt it'll look drastically better than the original and the story seems generic compared to the original. Not that the original was that innovative but it feels like they are trying to appease to the Call of Duty fanboys. Same thing happened to Killzone 3. I think it should have stayed on PC.

@luvudarren1 The controls might be more responsive but it is not weighty in the least. In KZ2 you felt like a soldier with a lot of gear on. CoD you run at mach speed with an huge ass machine gun that would cause arnold to move at a crawling speed. My personal taste for the color is I dislike it, some may like it but it doesn't look gritty like a war game that they used some inspiration from WW2 should be. There are some balance issues still. But it's a lot better than KZ2 I guess...

@luvudarren1 Like I said I'm basing my opinion off of two weeks of playing, sure the game could be beat within a day or so. But going through that rough process of the patches isn't worth it, also real life took up more time. Hopefully, the patches really did make it better. But I do prefer the weight of KZ2 more, in real life if you are shooting someone full of heavy gear they won't fall immediately and you won't know they're dead until they fall. So the bullet lag was actually realistic.

@luvudarren1 I have to say I did in fact love the weight of KZ2. I also loved the nitty gritty colors, but I said that back about 2 comments ago. I don't really see the mechs as useful either except as a way to be like BF with the tanks and helicopters. Unless it's in a lot of maps there isn't much point. Also there are barely any maps to choose from. If they would bring back the weight and slightly balance it more and possibly change some of the classes around

I've never noticed lag in moving left, right, up down, or sprinting, or any physical movement only bullets. KZ2 only had a few small issues needed fixing and they did but they went to far.

@FloridaKnightGamer On paper it sounds good, but the mouse players will absolutely rape the joystick players. MS did some sort of test with cross platform play between pc and 360, the pc gamers dominated the console players.

PC players would be able to mod and hack easily and would have an unfair advantage over console players. 3. Business, none of the company's would make much money if there wasn't competitors, there would be no reason to buy their product over someone else's. 4. The lag would make you want eye gouge a baby.

@FloridaKnightGamer I don't think that would work very well, on PC you have people using high end cables for their connection through direct wire, whereas more console gamers (except Xbox) run wireless. Another huge flaw in that would be that the keyboard and mouse, most of the time, have programmable keys and sensitivty adjustments that allow you to lock onto a target in less than a second, whereas console control is limited, now if only there was a universal controller.
I am having trouble downloading the demo on XBox. When I try to download it says, "this console is not allowed to download content of this rating." so I go into family settings remove all settings so I have no restrictions, and then try to download again. But, it still says the same thing! Please help!

Not that the original was that innovative but it feels like they are trying to appease to the Call of Duty fanboys. Same thing happened to Killzone 3. I think it should have stayed on PC.

What Guerrilla Games did was to actually listen to their forums. They made the controls more responsive but still weighty, they put more colors in the game. balanced out the game. BALANCE. and BALANCE does not compute with CoD. please think again.

@luvudarren1 The controls might be more responsive but it is not weighty in the least. In KZ2 you felt like a soldier with a lot of gear on. CoD you run at mach speed with an huge ass machine gun that would cause arnold to move at a crawling speed. My personal taste for the color is I dislike it, some may like it but it doesn't look gritty like a war game that they used some inspiration from WW2 should be. There are some balance issues still. But it's a lot better than KZ2 I guess...

What is this crap with buying the guns and abilities, I should work hard for my abilities and guns, not just receive them. Now their forums are saying how bad KZ3 turned out. Will they listen, god I hope so. Actually the last good CoD game was MW1 which was pretty decent in balance at least compared to MW2 and BO

@luvudarren1 Like I said I'm basing my opinion off of two weeks of playing, sure the game could be beat within a day or so. But going through that rough process of the patches isn't worth it, also real life took up more time. Hopefully, the patches really did make it better. But I do prefer the weight of KZ2 more, in real life if you are shooting someone full of heavy gear they won't fall immediately and you won't know they're dead until they fall. So the bullet lag was actually realistic.

@luvudarren1 I have to say I did in fact love the weight of KZ2. I also loved the nitty gritty colors, but I said that back about 2 comments ago. I don't really see the mechs as useful either except as a way to be like BF with the tanks and helicopters. Unless it's in a lot of maps there isn't much point. Also there are barely any maps to choose from. If they would bring back the weight and slightly balance it more and possibly change some of the classes around

Could have played for a week and you would get that. Not all soldiers run at 20 mph either but that's how CoD and KZ3 are doing it. The weight from KZ2 wasn't unrealistic or anything. @luvudarren1 You say they were lagging and unresponsive? I only noticed it unresponsive when hitting someone with bullets. I've never noticed lag in moving left, right, up down, or sprinting, or any physical movement only bullets. You're complaining about KZ2 being unresponsive and all these problems with KZ2 that I saw no problem with. It's the same problem ND ran into, it it ain't broke don't fix it. KZ2 only had a few small issues needed fixing and they did but they went to far.

@FloridaKnightGamer That would be good but there is a few thing that stop that from happening. For 1. Wii is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT system to the rest and would not be able to participate. 2. PC players would be able to mod and hack easily and would have an unfair advantage over console players. 3. Business, none of the company's would make much money if there wasn't competitors, there would be no reason to buy their product over someone else's. 4. The lag would make you want eye gouge a baby.

@FloridaKnightGamer I don't think that would work very well, on PC you have people using high end cables for their connection through direct wire, whereas more console gamers (except Xbox) run wireless. Another huge flaw in that would be that the keyboard and mouse, most of the time, have programmable keys and sensitivty adjustments that allow you to lock onto a target in less than a second, whereas console control is limited, now if only there was a universal controller.

I am having trouble downloading the demo on XBox.
