Just pay the 1000 septims.. Or do the dark brotherhood quest and get Shadowmere. Believe me, if you're Iin the dark brotherhood, 1000 septims is cheap. Lol there's an assassination where you get 20000 septims for killing the emperor SPOILER. Sorry lol :) hope it helps! :0
@dawormie07 but how do I keep that horse? And how do I attach it to a kart. And if it's possible how do you tie your horse that you've bought to the kart or yourself
problem is every time i get off the horse it starts going back to the stable and if i try to get up on it again it's like stealing it again and if you are seen you get bounty ><, any way to steal it and make it yours?
@sjena2 ive never been unseen when trying to steal one. i thought that they intended for you to never to be able to steal one without consequences because of the convenience you get for shilling out 1000 coins. i feel like it would only make sense if the duration of sprinting on the horse was a lot longer than how long you can run, or even infinite, because the way the dumb horses trot doesn't seem significantly faster than walking, and having to get off it to fight things can fuck you up
@ronaldoandmessi If you have enough money and talk to this guy you can buy the horse that I stole. I don't know anywhere else that you can get them because I prefer walking.
I wish you could sell the shit you steal I would be so rich.

There's a horse available at a bandit camp near Whiterun you can steal and not get any bad rep.
But it runs off after a while when it gets scared...
