AWesome musix.......beautiful scenic spots.......amazing.....Wudang TaiYi 5 Element...........lifting everyone spirits to do Wudang kungfu taichi ! thanks for sharing all your wonderful videos..........hope to see more!
Liang Yi is an elemental part of Taiji theory, which consists of Wuji (complete stillness), Taiji (Existence- the harmony of yin and yang), and Liang Yi (the separation of yin and yang.) In Taiji theory, Wudang Taiyi belongs to Liang Yi, as does Xuan Wu Quan and many other Wudang forms.
In Wudang kung fu curricula, Taiyi is considered a higher level of Wudang neijia- even more so than Taiji. It is difficult to master.
Liang Yi Quan is also known as Tai Yi Quan. It is said that Tai Ji is formed when combining Yin and Yang; Liang Yi are formed when separating Yin and Yang. As Liang Yi Quan combines fast and slow, soft and hard, and Yin and Yang, it is called the Two Extremes.
@kenadra13 Tayi and Taiji is the same I think, but Xuan Wu Quan is Two Symbol form of Wudang Kung Fu and it's actually not Taiji while Taiji Quan refers to all styles of Taiji such as Wuxing Quan (this one).
Can u upload more of this kind of music taiji...its so nice and soothing for taiji practices......bells, flute, mantouquin, organ, drums, etc., thanks....chinese flute....
I love this Wudang form it is both graceful and beautiful. Master Bing's performance is nothing less than superb & the scenery he demonstrates this form in adds to the exotic nature of this mystical Wudang style. Peace
This video is in high definition (HD) which is at a much higher resoultion than DVD. I like the Xuan Wu Quan DVD because the demos are recorded in Wudang mountain and his performance is outstanding. I am very honor to learn this special kungfu form with the help of the DVD and his hands-on teaching.

@mariliap 太乙五行拳 translates to 5 stroke turning-fist boxing. Form looks very pretty, very fluid, yet very exacting.

The blue sky and its white clouds reflecting in water and this man in white moving smoothly to become one with the surrounding nature. Superb !

Breathtaking site, beautiful music, and great performance:)
What is the difference between Taiyi and Taiji? And between taijiquan and taiyi xuan wu quan? They look similar.
Thanks for uploading!:)
