I think the song is more like Miku saying that she's relized that no prince is going to come and sweep her off her feet, so she's going to fall in love the normal way and when she does she loves him more then she loved her 'prince' the prince that she had thought up in her mind, in other words.

I think she means "more than" as in that she rather has an other person instead of the prince. At least, that's what I think. ^^; Otherwise they could have said something like "more than the prince does"
