I knew about this kind of bug 18 years ago, but i did not try it on a bubble. i always ended in "chaotic" levels. this way you can scout every level for hidden stuff, 1ups and secret level exits! Excelent! but 18 years too late. awwwww....

i tried this, but it didn't work, maybe it only works on emulators.

i discovered this trick and made it work back when i still had a real GB. you need to pause on the exact frame, which is very difficult.

I think this is a side effect of the same glitch that causes you to drop through the ground if you exit a level while going down a pipe. I've managed to start Wario's castle invincible by exiting a level exactly the moment I touched a star, but never thought to do it with the bubble. Good work!

If you have a newer version of the game, this might not work. There is 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. I bet the latest don't have this glitch.

You can exit if the level is already completed by pressing Start and then Select.
