It's not dangerous, big pharma, the FDA and the alcohol and tobacco companies HATE Cannabis because it threatens to replace at least part of their business, THAT is the real truth. They don't test it and insert fear because that's what govt organizations do. Just look at everything the govt does. False flags, patriot acts, natural remedies, anything that threatens the war machine profiteering cycle is demonized, that's U.S. policy.
