(If you want to be extra safe. Glug a antifire potion, Combined with the anti-fire shield. You will take no damage from the dragon.)

When I go to Ned and talk to him it gives me three options; buy rope, to reject buying rope, or to talk about a previous quest "Vampire Slayer" which I completed. However, there's no option for me to ask to sail to Crandor. I've got all the material to complete this quest, I have everything I need, and I've gotten thus far and I don't know what to do. I've talked to Klarense and tried fixing the boat, but he won't allow me to do so. Somebody reply to this comment and help me please.

@TheMickertees I actually completed the quest! But it was weird, I had to go back and talk to the person from the Champions Guild and the person who sold me the rune platebody and then to Klarense, then Ned. It took me like 4 hours just to complete that portion, because I kept running back and forth from each place and then I finally decided to just go to each person and see what happens and it worked.
