for a long time, I had the same problem with Miho Nakayama as I had with Shizuka Kudo's early songs. Too much of a "Euro/dance beat" in her music for my taste. But really Nakayama has a smooth style about her music that transcends the otherwise hash dance beats that can make some of her music hard to listen to for people like me who prefer a smoother music style. Of coarse she would become a world class singer when she co-wrote and recorded "Surely More Then Anyone Else In The World" in 1992.
