I remember seeing this in the cinema and was too excited to give a shit about the film.

At that point I never knew Rose would come back so I literally screamed and everyone's faces around me just screamed, "NERD!"

my favourite series with David Tennant in it! I think the writing was too cheesy and very family orientated for the previous Tennant seasons. And while this wasn't any darker particularly, there was a very good arc about Donna throughout the whole season, which began right from the start and continued to an AMAZING finale. And also Martha came back for some episodes and Rose returned, which I thought was really cool! :) (besides ... Donna was by far my favourite companion! :P)

Everyone thinks it was a bad idea to bring Rose (& CO) back but I think it made the series quite memorable, She probably wont be seen again, and That chemistry was a key factor in the revived series. When I saw this in the cinema I thought ''Woah!'' The gangs all here!

Donna is the only companion "properly" returning. Captain Jack, Rose and Sarah Jane all have cameo roles. Jack is at the Shadow Proclaimation (with Alonzo Frame from Voyage of the Damned) along with Slitheen, a graske and other aliens. The Doctor also glimpses Sarah Jane, but they have no dialogue together. Towards the end, he goes back in time to before he met Rose, to New Years eve 2004/2005. He tells her this year will be her best year ever, before stumbling off dying.

i thought most of the storylines this year were kinda cheesy, but the acting as always was absolutely wonderful. also rusty sorta killed rose' exit in doomsday by making the character even more childish in tSE & J'sE & sticking her with a clone. hope s5 is good & they bring Agyeman & Tennant for another season.

one of the main characters will be killed off at the end of series four.Take your pick, Sarah jane smith(series two of SJ Adventures is being filmed in cardiff this year),Rose(is rumoured to be filming the xmas special),Jack Harkness(begins filming Torchwood series 3 at the end of 2008).So that leaves Martha and Donna...With the possible spin off for Martha in (U.N.I.T.),which will run alongside the DoctorWho specials throughout 2009...That leaves Donna as the end of season sad scene....

Like when the dr was burning up the sun to say good bye, thats why she wont be in the christmas specials later, So Sarah Jane will return to the Sarah Jane adventures, Jack and Martha leave together for Torchwood series 3, Rose will return to her world and Donna will have enough after 13 eps.
