Any business owner who get targeted by them: never pay them anything. it's a fraud from beginning to the end. Even if you have signed the "free" offer you're still a fraud victim and never ever pay the bills whether they claim you are obliged to or not.

Mr Bursuttil's comments on how the guide operates are not entirely accurate. In Czech Republic, it is the State Judiciary, not so called 'debt collecting agencies' who harass directory crime victims into paying up. Czech MEP's (and Simon Bursuttil are aware of this fact but continue to do nothing becuase state prosecutions of directory crime victims still regularly take place
