That's because "No Mistakes" is not part of the bonus, so you can stab the patient 10000000 times and still get XS...but I keep failing here...sigh...this Tertati is so crazy haha..
this took a while for me as well. You have to get the "tumors" off ASAP. Don't even remove them (when you can pick them up) until you have all three. It makes things eaiser. Next, proceed as normal until you get to the ones where they show their colors. When you get all three, IMMEDIATLY use HT. If your vitals aren't looking hot, heal up before they arrive again. If not, your good for 2 more. After one more, you should be good. ^_^
Anyway, I remove the initial tumors one by one and it didn't deal a lot of damage, I managed to boost vitals back to 90+ I think before the very first wave comes.
Exact opposite for me. Tetarti is SUPER easy for me, whereas I don't even try to do Triti correctly. I just use healing touch and quick rip everything out.
Wait, how is it possible to finish the operations in three minutes, if the video is only two?

It took me 20 tries, 17 of which i ran out of time. about 200 misses, but beat it.
You just got to bear with it.

You're right... this, 7-3 an X-7 from UTK2 are the only ones that i don't have with XS rank. Tetarti is like be cold in hell... imposible! ;_;

But to get an XS, you can't use HT.
