Actually, the earth pretty much will do what it wants. Ultimately, all the natural systems in-place will find equilibrium and we'll all be scrubbed from the picture leaving no trace. The fact that there's oil and coal meant that some cataclysmic event took place that buried everything and prevented evaporation. There's not enough of us around for form even a decent lump of coal so the idea we can change the climate are the fanatical rantings of pseudo-scientific charlatans and PR mongers.

I don't think you have stealed this... it happens a lot that one gets an idea that have been already made... I didn't actually had seen the GP ad until I went searching some background on campaings for the contests....and yeah, it's the same ad and GP made a better campaing out of it (nothing personal, it's true, but they also had more than 48 hours to make it).

It's a great idea. But I believe (again, nothing personal) that it was wrong for the jurys to vote an idea that's already been made :S
