I already have one, and believe me it doesnt hurt.. Only a few days after because ur lips gets swollen. But its not that worse.. It hurts more when someone hit your lip (without piercing ofcourse)

i've pierced my own lip since i made this video and the only thing that happens is uncomfortable swelling. a little crust. not too much pain at all. nothing can happen really as long as you clean it. no infections that way!
