Start a fire, run through the fire to get warm then jump in a ditch, then run back through the fire to warm yourself back up.

Lets see....pour the water in the jug...empty the jug in the bag....pour the water back in the jug...oh wait....cook the water. WAY too many steps. Just buy a solar shower bag and hang it up.
