Where did you get your Saints? I want one but, I want a great breeder who really screens well for health issues. I've had Great Danes and Newfs before but, want a Saint this time. Oh, and I've had Old English Sheepdogs too so with all of that I'm well prepared for a large dog, drool and hair!

@neomuttley I lift my dogs all the time I carry them around the house and I am a 12 year old girl I own a Labrador Retriever Border Collie cross he is 78 pounds and a purebred show dog Zoey she is a RedBone CoonHound and 90 pounds and a Aussie mix he is 43 pounds I love them all grooming is SOOO FUN.

I've lifted a lot heavier things for a lot more years than you, honey. I'm also a Nurse. Believe me when I tell you to be careful doing that. You've your whole life ahead of you. Don't spend it wracked w/pain.

@neomuttley I also work with my dad at a x-ray company we build machines and go to vet and doctor offices all the time I am constantly lifting and yes it has done some bad to me I have tendonitis and on other things like playing fastpitch softball I have broken a rib umm arm and have been hit in the head a ton oh yeah mostly cause I am a catcher so haha but I love my dogs at times more than my health but I will always be lifting and pushing and pulling cause of how I live and work.

@rickames As an answer to that, probably. I have an 11 month old, 170 pounds, and stands at abdomen level, and there has been more than one dog that tried it up against him. When it comes down to protection, the St. Bernard is a beast.
