People went to M's last tour because they assumed it was her last tour or at least the last tour in which she'd be able to "sing". I don't think lady gag is another Madonna--she's more of a Cyndi Lauper: more commercial, outrageous outfits to garner press attention, and a good voice with standard pop music. Madonna was more into pushing the envelope. Gaga is "outrageous" is a very safe, OK-for-teeny-boppers way. Shes more about a product than about her music.
