This scene shot north on Old Tucson Studios between Front Street and Kansas Street. Was lost in the fire of 1995. The entire series including High Chaparral were exclusive Old Tucson Studios Series.
@HEMPHILL23 Some of High Chaparral was shot on Warner Bros. Laramie Street, along with Maverick, Sugarfoot, and some of Little House on the Prairie and Bonanza
@HEMPHILL23 was destroyed and replaced around 5+ years ago with a New England residential street that doubles as TV production offices. 2/3 of the Jungle that adjoined Laramie Street is still there, but the last third was bulldozed (and the Walton house facade moved) for a parking lot about 10 years ago or so.
This is an awesome episode. Shame it had to have the early-90s montage at the start. That's the only thing that really lets down seasons after the first one - they introduced montages... why? Grr.

well at least they didn't do an "Eye of the Tiger" (aka rock music training montage) in the pilot. that would have killed me laughing.
and Ike whips Kid, Jimmy and Cody together (Buck being a near second to his BF). dang them for killing him.

Oh my God, he was my favorite. Other girls liked NKOTB but I liked Josh Brolin, dammit, and never missed this show.
