as a volleyball player, the only reason we do them like low is because when your moving, jumping and whipping your body around to save the ball, from experience we have to get taken out cause we cant see when our jet straight hair whips us in the eye... so when its low it hits your shoulder...

@ThrowFarOrGoHome well, F*k u. cheerleading is a good old american sport. we have to hav a lot of practices and guts to do a stun. I hate it when ppl talk as if they could be a cheerleader in a day. I took gymnastic since i was 6 and i still couldnt make the team during my freshmen year. football and baseball is just about strength and speed. cheerleading is about strength, flexibility, brain (u need that 2 remember all those dance moves) and reflexivity (u need 2 act fast when a fly goes wrong)
